Stress is that common word which we have started considering as the inevitable part of our busy life. It affects us physically and mentally. It is the biggest reason of our sleepless nights and which further affects our health.
To be honest, even I am stressed. And it is obvious ….office, kids, and relatives…list is endless. But I am health conscious and always try to find out some ways to bit stress. I want to share my fiveDe-stress Mantras with you.
I love music and it is first thing I do when I find my-self stressed. I prefer to listen Panchamda’s song( R.D.Burman). Not just any music but only his song has the ability to relax me and make me fresh again. I am sure that this music therapy will also make a magic wonder for you to be distressed.
Previously I use to watch short fun videos to make me distress. Nowadays as I am a big fan of Comedy Night’s with Kapil. Laughter is the best medicine. While watching any episode of CNK , I can’t stop myself from laughing.
I had done first level of Salsa. According to me, music along with dance is the best way to beat the stress.
I go out to do some plein air painting. If I am at home, then refer my books and try to copy the style of renowned painters. Even just scribbling or sketching is the best exercise to make my self distressed.
Hair spa : The above helps me to distress emotionally. At the same time my body too needs relaxation along with the soul. Getting hair spa is the first thing I do. Using Parachute oil for is my Dadima’s Nuska( Grandma’s idea). Sometimes I prefer to call parlor for better relaxation.
